Truck Footprint, Parking & Accessibility Notes
Truck Dimensions: Our food truck requires approximately 26 feet in length and 10 feet in width with a level parking surface and legal curbside or private driveway access.
Drop-Off & Indoor Events: For indoor venues, corporate towers, and residential events without truck parking, we utilize our enclosed thermal transport delivery with full ramp and elevator accessibility.
Permitting & City Compliance: We manage all necessary City of Boston mobile food vendor permits and health inspections for on-street and public park activations.
